Since its inception in 2008, Abington Emerson has participated in more than 500 real estate acquisitions. In 2019 and 2020, the company launched eight Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds.
Abington Emerson currently owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets with market value in excess of $250 million.

Experienced Team

Creative Deal Structuring
AEI invests directly as the owner/operator and as a partner to select firms, utilizing both equity and debt financing.
AEI current holdings include retail, office, multi-family, mobile home park, industrial, self storage, residential, and hospitality real estate assets located in California, Illinois, Arizona, Indiana, Colorado, and North Dakota.
