SAN DIEGO – October 25, 2017 – Abington Emerson acquired an upscale mixed-use development project (the “Property” or “Project”) in Encinitas, California.

The Property lies 2 blocks from Beacon’s Beach, in the heart of the coastal community of Leucadia, a suburb in North San Diego County. The 9,028 SF site of the development is located on North Highway 101, also known as Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), and currently contains three structures that will be demolished to make way for the new construction.

The Project is expected to break ground in Q1 2018 and take 14 months to complete, with an estimated delivery date in Q2 2019.

“We are very pleased with our acquisition at Beacon’s Beach, especially since this new development is likely to house the new location of the Abington Emerson San Diego Office,” commented Johnny Camarena who heads Abington Emerson’s San Diego group.
