SAN DIEGO – December 15, 2021 – Abington Emerson Investments, LLC launched its tenth Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund, AEI North Park OZ Fund II LLC with an acquisition of land for a new 68-unit, multi-family development in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. The project represents the second OZ investment for Abington Emerson in North Park.
The development is located within a premier residential community in central San Diego, offering convenient access to every major employment hub in San Diego County and easy freeway access. The site boasts a “95” walk score with convenient access to all of North Park’s entertainment, restaurants, night life, parks, and more. The ~70,000SF, seven story building will consist of studios, one- and two- bedroom apartments, of which some will be affordable.
The Fund is currently accepting investors and will remain open through the end of Q2 2022.
