Abington Emerson Sells Roaring Fork Mobile Park

Abington Emerson Investments, LLC closed the sale of the Roaring Fork Mobile Home Park located in Basalt, Colorado. The Property was originally acquired in 2013. Under AEI’s ownership, the Park enjoyed full occupancy and many upgrades, including upgrades to the water infrastructure, resurfaced roads, de-centralized trash receptacles and regular landscape maintenance. The improvements resulted in lower costs and better functionality of the Park, which has been consistently operating as a strong and stable investment.
