Abington Emerson Investments, LLC closed the sale of the E&N Mobile Manor in Bloomington, Indiana. The 102-unit mobile home park was acquired as a value-add investment due to low occupancy and deferred maintenance. In slightly over a year, the Abington Emerson team was able to increase occupancy to 92% and improve the operational efficiency of the Park. Once improved, AEI sold the Property to a national mobile home park investment company.
“We are pleased with our investment in the E&N Mobile Manor and are in the process of adding a new mobile home park to our portfolio of assets,” commented Kyle Stoner, who was responsible for managing the asset for Abington Emerson.
